It was a very proud day for our team. 7 years of being in business is not for the faint of heart, but we're grateful for the opportunity and privilege to create change in the world through this amazing vehicle called Saints.

During our event, our founder, Daniel shared a story about our 3-year anniversary - that year they were popping champagne bottles and passing around shot glasses, haha! Now, we're celebrating our anniversary with wellness for the men in our community. Daniel has been sober for 1 year this September, and is championing self-care and personal growth more than ever. It’s incredible to reflect on the journey and the path we’re paving.

In Greek, the word Soma means body. This event series is one of many experiences we’ve created to continue adding value to the men in our community in unique ways. We're so proud of the guys who all showed up for themselves on their personal time. A majority of them had never done a stretch yoga class. This was also the first sound bath for every single guy.
